I hope you all had a safe and joyous Christmas and New Year. The Bennett's had our usual unusual time together. Seems like everytime the Holidays roll around, I have to have a "flare up". We are at home for a few more days then back to Houston. We don't know if we'll be there 4 days or 4 months. Everything is so fluid right now, that it's safe to say that we don't have a clue what to expect.
Yet isn't that the way all of life is? We are plugging along making plans, setting goals, running the rat race. We think we've got a handle on things. Then one day we find a lump that wasn't there before and in the matter of hours our plans, goals, and striving are put to the side. The only constant now is Jesus. The only dependable advocate, the only One who really knows how we feel. I'm so thankful for His presence.
We'll keep you posted with any new updates. Please know that the Bennetts love you and don't take for granted your prayers. We pray for you as well. We hope that as you serve God in 2006, it will be the greatest and most productive time in your life.
He saves! Let's get the word out.
In His Grip!
