Three sweet words! I'm going to get to go on an 11 day trip with the quartet. We'll start in Lebanon, PA and end up in San Diego, CA. Talk about a lot of miles! Pray for Gary our bus driver!
I'm feeling better. I'll meet Deb in Houston on the Monday after our concert in San Diego and have the once over at MD Anderson. We are praying for some more good news.
My platelets are lower than normal so I tend to bleed pretty easily. This is one of the areas I have to be real careful about.
But, here again, God is in control. I'm confident in Him loving me more than I love myself. So I'll rest in the peace He gives!
If you haven't tried it.....you should
Dear Roger:
Praise the Lord for the report that you can travel. We will continue to pray that you will do well on the trip and we are so excited that you will be able to come to Fresno for the GWSGFF. We will anxiously await seeing you on stage.
We continue to hold the ropes for you and praise the Lord for what He is doing in your life. I know it has been a long journey but thankful that He always walks beside us and carries us when we can't walk.

What wonderful news! Being on the road with the rest of L-5 is probably the best medicine, second only to prayer, that you could have! God bless you & all of Legacy Five & their families & keep you in His care! Have a Great 11 days, and come home to even greater news than this! Brenda

Praise God for the good news! Have a wonderful time with the rest of the L5 group for the next few days. I am just sorry that I will miss seeing you in Fresno--my first time to miss. A family situation has come up that makes it necessary for me to change my plans. My thoughts will be with the musicians and the fans!

You need platelets? We can arrange to get you some. Hearing that you can travel is the best news I've heard from ANYONE, about ANYTHING, in months. One last chance to go outside and yell "HALLELUJAH!! PRAISE THE LORD!!" before I close on the sale of my house. We're looking forward to seeing you in Nashville at the L5 Celebration.

Dear Roger & Debbie
I will call the Red Cross and set up my appointment to donate platelets. As you know I have donated before and it is long past time to donate again. Thank you for reminding me.
It is a wonderful answer to prayer to know you will be able to make this trip. Please do rest and take it easy. We, your fans, want you to be able to make many more. Listen to the doctors, your wife, and L5 and do only what you are able to do.
As for praying for Gary I try to pray every day for him and all of L5 and their families. You all keep up the good work and I will try to do my part by praying for you.
God Bless all of the L5 family,
Ruth

Praise the Lord!!!!!!
I know this is the news you had hoped to hear. I know this is the news your fans and friends wanted to hear. I suppose an increase in your iron or if you are given platelets I.V. might help. I am having the same problem right now, bleeding a lot and easily. I suspect I will get either more iron or platelets soon. But, wow!!! just think of
all the blessings that are going to come your way. Just think of all the hearts you are going to bless. Just think of all the glory the Lord is going to get!!!
That's a lot of thinkin'.
Prayer works, my friend, and we have all been praying daily for you and your doctors. I am going to watch your schedule and if you come anywhere near to us in driving distance, we want to be there. We were tremendously blessed at your concert in Deer Park, Texas a few weeks ago. The first time in a long time I have felt the Spirit move and it was fantastic. Thanks for this great report and we will keep praying.
Blessings friend,
Ron Bishop

Have a very safe trip.

Wow! What great news. This is what we have been praying for. Now we'll pray that you will stay healthy on the trip and budget your time so that you do not get overly tired. My brother and his wife have tickets to see you guys in CA and have been hoping you would be able to be there, too. You add so much to the concert. We saw you in Romulus recently and enjoyed it soooo very much. May God richly bless you and also Debbie and the kids while you are away. Hoping and praying for a great report when you get to MD Anderson.

Hi Roger,
What wonderful news. You may have to give up fencing (those swords can be dangerous) just joking. God will take care of you and, Who Better!!!!!!!!!!!! Just remember while He's taking care of you take care of yourself. Have a wonderful time on the road again and I'll be praying for the safety of you all as well as your continued healing.
In His Love,

Roger,
I thank God each time I hear from you. He's truly worked a miracle...seeing you now from a couple months ago. You're living proof that our LIVING God is still in the healing business. Praise God...He's not through with you yet.
Glad to hear you can be with the guys....I'll be praying for you and them.
Spreading cheer for Him,
Elsie

We are so happy to hear that you are on the bus - Hallelujah and Amen! Be safe and be a blessing! Travel in the Joy of the Lord. We love you in Arvada, Colorado.

Debbie - - I see you corrected Roger's spelling. Yes, having been a teacher I noticed them, but attributed them to his being so excited about being released to "hit the road again". I think we all figured out what he was telling us, though. Most men can't even spell cat, and we still figure out what they're trying to tell us, so don't be too hard on him; okay? We're overjoyed that he'll be playing and singing with the group again. My sister-in-law and her friend can hardly wait until Nashville Celebration 2006 in May. Tell the group to watch out for this short person on a scooter, because I'm not sure anyone around her will be safe.
Still praying for all of the Bennett family, and holding the rope.
